Terms and conditions 

Please read the following carefully and be sure to understand Terms and Conditions when booking your place.

Advanced booking is required for all workshops and experiences 

This is necessary to ensure that events are planned accordingly and provisions and materials that are purchased prior to attendance, hall fees, insurance, paper and paints per 

I look forward to meeting you and sharing my painting experience and hope you enjoy exploring the unpredictability of watercolour and its magic.

Booking and payment 

* Confirmation: Bookings are typically only guaranteed once full payment or a non-refundable deposit is received.

* Payment methods: Bank transfers, online payment link, debit or credit card, google pay and PayPal.

*Installments: For private or group events, a 50% deposit is required upon booking with the balance due 14-21 days before the event.


Cancellation and refund policy

* If  21-28 days or more notice: A full refund minus administration fee £15

* If 14 -21 days notice: a 50% refund or credit note for later event.

* If 7 days or less notice: Generally no refund as materials and venue costs will have already been committed.


Legal cooling off-period (uk)

*For online bookings, a 14 day right to cancel and receive a full refund providing the event is to take place 21 days or more.


Transference of booking

*With 24-48 hours notice or more you may transfer your place to a friend or family member if you cannot attend.

*Moving a booking to a new date ( please refer to notice above 14-21 days) 

may be free, if done well in advance, but last minute changes may incur a fee.


Cancellation by the provider 

Minimum numbers:

* Workshops may be cancelled if the minimum attendance of 6 is not met.

*Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of staff sickness, extreme weather conditions, providers usually offer a full refund or an automatic transfer to a rescheduled date.


Conduct and liability 

*Participant behaviour: Providers reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without a refund.

*Health and safety: Participants are responsible for following safety instructions ie tools and equipment 

*Personal property:  Participants are responsible for their own property, clothing, please wear washable or protective aprons.

The provider accepts no liability for loss or damage to participants personal property or damage ie clothing.
