Intuitive art
Brambles and Hedgerows collection
Attracted to the everyday brambles and rough grasses as I walk my greyhound Caspar. His stopping and sniffing, made me more mindful of the ordinary. Seeing the tangles and intertwining creating interest and meandering connections among other weeds and shrubs.

Peak District Landscapes
My intention to paint the Peak District one day at a time for a year became 10 years. I have only covered a small part of the area. The changing light and weather conditions bring new interest and inspiration daily.
Abstraction
Since a serious injury in May 2022 resulting in massive irreparable muscle tears and dislocation of torn rotator cuff of my painting arm, several operations and physio. My ability and confidence dropped to an all high low, Art has always been my go to, for self care and well being helping me back to a better mental place.
My medication and meditation of exploring art in an approachable way with my limited arm and shoulder use helped in ways I would never have believed.
My high respect and awe goes to physically and sight challenged artists who adapt or learn to use other ways to work.
Below are a selection of pieces that have become artwork design ideas for cards, gift wrap and other gifts which a percentage of the sale will go to various charities.
